Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if it rains during our shooting time?
If we are doing a scheduled shoot that is not a wedding, I will have you pick a backup day within one to two weeks of the first day.
For weddings, chances are the wedding will go on, and so will I!
Will you do hybrid weddings?
I do have one package for a hybrid wedding (click here). But, I do like to preface with I will not be able to capture as many moments on both sides of things if I am doing hybrid. It can help you cut costs and I still will do my best to provide a great product. Must be wedding size 100 or less.
How do you choose the location of the shoot?
If you have a spot in mind I am always open to anything (we just need to double-check there are no photo/filming restrictions in that area). Otherwise, if you don't care where I can provide you with some ideas for locations.
Can I get the RAW photos?
For the sake of my business and branding, I will not be giving out RAW images because editing is part of my final product. (There may be rare cases so don't be scared to reach out).
Why are your prices more affordable than others?
I am new to wedding photo/video and my business in general. So my prices reflect that. I'm growing and learning every day, and so is my equipment. As time goes on my prices may raise to reflect my skill gains.
Will I have access to all of my photos in the gallery?
Yes! You will be free to download and share them. Also, the gallery I use has multiple print companies set up with it that you can print your images through. Videos will also be downloadable.
What is your refund policy?
Don't like your photos or video? Please let me know and I will do anything in my power to make it to your liking. If it is something I can change or fix, we can speak about refunds but you will be under contract and will need to meet certain speculation for the reason for the refund.
What happens if you have an emergency and need to cancel for a wedding?
I will do everything in my power to make your wedding, even if I have to work through a broken limb (*knock on wood*). But, if something were to come up I am going to do everything in my power to find someone else that lives up to my standards, and I will not charge you and pay the difference of the other photographer from my price. If I am not able to find someone you will get a full refund.
Can I bring a pet to my couple photoshoot?
Yes please please do! You do want to consider that unless they are trained to lay and watch while you take your own photos, I will not be able to hold the pet. So, just plan for that and potentially pick a longer package to make up for time handling the pet.
